Though Broca is putting on what counts as dramatics for him by resting his head on Sizhui after being told to be patient, the speed is dragging this out longer than it would have if Sizhui had rushed to get to it. If the end goal is for Sizhui to also be able to finish this way, if he'd gotten right to it from the start, Broca would have blown his load quickly after getting worked up from Sizhui's mouth on him.
This way he has time to come down from that mounting high, though not far down from it as Sizhui begins to move more steadily, even if he's still going slow. It's enough to let Broca step away from the edge, but not too far back from it as he turns his head to press his face further against the crook of Sizhui's neck, the palm of his hand flattening against the small of Sizhui's back as the sensation starts to build again.
